Invitation to the partner conference East Africa in May 2023
DRK Volunta in Hessen and Partnership Rhineland-Palatinate & Rwanda organise the fourth cross-organisation partner conference in East Africa. Members of the implementing organisations and partner organisations from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda as well as members from the Programme Steering Committee will be invited.
On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Programme Steering Committee (PSA) of the weltwärts programme, DRK in Hessen Volunta and Partnership Rhineland-Palatinate - Rwanda invite to the fourth partner conference in East Africa.
Information about the partner conference
Day of arrival: Sunday, 7th May 2023
Start of the conference: Monday, 8th May 2023
End of the conference: Friday, 12th May 2023
Departure: Friday, 12th May 2023 (after the end of the conference).
The conference will be held in English.
The conference provides a platform for weltwärts partner organisations, sending organizations and further weltwärts players for exchange, networking and enhancing the dialogue between the different stakeholders of the program.
All partner organizations from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda as well as the German organizations sending volunteers to or receiving volunteers from these countries can participate in the conference. Please kindly note that we will be able to accept one representative per partner organization only.
