Selection manual. Tools and reflections for the South-North Volunteer Programme

The publication of Welthaus Bielefeld contains a series of tips, instructions, tools and reflection exercises on the topic of suitable selection processes for the South-North component. The publication was developed in an exemplary participatory process in which the perspectives of all those involved in the selection process were incorporated.
