The Amapondo Children's Project (ACP for short) started in 2001 and was registered as a non-profit organisation (048-276-NPO) in 2006. The ACP offers community support through its involvement in a number of activities. Our main ongoing Projects are the Mthumbane Pre-School and the Port St Johns Junior Secondary School but we also support other local initiatives (the Life Guards, a local soccer and netball team, ...)
We coordinate a Volunteer Program and support the schools and other local initiatives through our Volunteer Program, assisting them with education, maintenance, administration and general development.
